M-Series digital scales are the most robust of our Escali series of economical and easy-to-use scales. Perfect for either inventory taking or recipe portion control, they are small and battery operated so they can be placed anywhere handy in the kitchen or storage area. An NSF-Certified removable stainless steel platform is included. Maximum weight measure is 66 lb (30 kg) in increments of 0.2 oz or 5 grams. Works in either metric or English units. The scale's tare feature subtracts container weight to obtain the content weight. Hold, part counting, and second display features too.

• Measure Types: Displays either metric, pounds, ounces or pounds and ounces.
• Tare: The tare feature lets you reset the scale back to zero. When using a container, the scale can subtract the container weight to obtain the content weight.
• Hold: The weight will continue to display will remain for a short while after the weight is removed.
• Parts Counting: You can enter a single-unit weight and the scale will calculate a count from the full container weight.
• Automatic Shut-Off: The scale automatically turns off when not used to ensure long battery life.
