Overview
This new all-in-one curbside service system allows restaurateurs to automatically page servers and track service times when customers park in designated curbside parking spaces. Using only one camera to monitor up to four lanes, the Auto Expo Curbside To-Go Notification System is the first solution that doesn't require major invasive construction such as loop sensor installation, concrete posts and major electrical wiring.
Customers appreciate the curbside service since they never have to leave the comfort and safety of their cars to pick up their orders. This is especially true of customers with their cars full of kids!
How the System Works
A digital TV camera is placed where there is a view of your curbside service parking spaces. The camera feeds images to the integrated computer, monitor and pager transmitter. The computer analyzes the camera images so it can tell when cars enter the parking spaces and when servers enter the "greet zones" next to the cars. As cars park, servers are automatically paged to the parking spaces and greeting timers are started, with the times elapsed superimposed on the respective cars in the monitor. When servers enter the greet zones, the greet time is logged. Total service time is logged when service is complete.
With the ability to instantly alert staff, Auto Expo not only improves your service but also bolsters your bottom line.
