Can I create my own order entry menu? Is it difficult to do?
Point of Success' order entry menu is designed to be easy to set up by you, the restaurant owner or manager, without technicians. The menu flow and contents are also designed by you.
Is technical support available?
Thirty days of free telephone technical support is available from the software's manufacturer. Telephone support after the initial thirty day period is available under two inexpensive plans. Free all day, all night support is available on the manufacture's web-based Knowledge Base.
Is training available?
A multimedia training CD is available to help you learn the best way to set up your order entry menu. Almost an hour of computer-based audio/video training is available on the Menu Builder Training CD. You will be surprised how easy Point of Success is to use! You will very likely need no more training than is provided for menu creation.
What kind of printer do I need?
Point of Success works with any POS printer that is supported with a Windows printer driver. For best results, choose an Epson or Star POS printer. (Go to the Epson or Star web sites for details.)
Is there an annual fee?
No. Point of Success does not require a maintenance plan or annual fees of any kind.
Is there a network version?
The same version of Point of Success is used for one or multiple computers, but the purchase of station licenses are required for each additonal terminal.
How many workstations can Point of Success handle?
Point of Success can handle far more computers than you would use in a restaurant -- easily over 1,000 at a time!
