Can you assure that I get a good health inspection report?

Not necessarily -- health inspections are an evaluation of the conditions in the restaurant at the time of the inspection. If the conditions in your restaurant do not comply with the law and show no attempt at following the law, a competent health inspector will not "give you" a good report or grade. Evaluations are earned, not given, and it's the job of the restaurant manager to comply with food safety laws.

So what can your training DVD do?

Inspectors are human. They are taking in and evaluating countless details about the nature of the establishment. Numerous factors determine whether they approach the inspection as writing down a laundry list of violations or taking the inspection as an opportunity to coach and educate you, as well as learn more about your operation. The goal of this DVD is to help business owners and managers cultivate a relationship with their regulating agency which can lead to being supported and mentored rather than penalized.
